Kelly Thompson

Kelaine (known as Kelly by her friends and family) grew up in a military family and has lived all over the world. Because she moved every three years as a child, creating a sense of home became important to her at a very young age. Her father taught her the value of real estate investing as he accumulated rental properties whenever they were relocated. When she married her college sweetheart, a Colorado Native, her days of moving across the country ended, and she proudly proclaims that she has been a Colorado resident since 1995!


Kelly graduated from Auburn University with a BA in Psychology, and a BS in Nursing. After 20 years as an ICU and PACU nurse, she decided it was time to pursue her passion for real estate. She became a licensed Broker Associate in 2013 and has focused her business in Parker, Castle Rock, Franktown, and Aurora.


When Kelly isn’t working, she loves to renovate homes and has a keen eye for seeing the potential in any property. She can even help you stage your home for listing and give you ideas to make your new place amazing. Daily running and focused quiet time help this type A person stay grounded.


Kelly’s biggest inspiration is her family. Her three daughters and husband inspire her every day to demonstrate faith and integrity even when it's hard to do so, strive for loyal and genuine friendships, do what's right even when it's not popular, and work hard at whatever it is that needs to be accomplished. Being a wife and a mother has taught her more about life and how to live it than anything else.


As a Real Estate Agent, Kelly takes the skills she developed as a critical care nurse and uses them to analyze tough situations and come up with creative solutions. Kelly is an exceptional communicator and truly cares about helping her clients have the best experience possible. Her biggest goal is to make the process of buying and selling real estate as painless as possible, and she is committed to maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism while doing it!
